• What forms of payment do you take? 

  • ​We accept Cash, Checks, All major credit cards, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay​.  All services must be paid prior to or at the time of delivery and/or service. 

      * Checks returned for any reason will be charged a $50 fee.

• Why do you need a credit card to keep on file?

  • We securely keep your credit card on file for a limited time to cover any overages for loads weighing more than the tonnage included with the dumpster, fees for prohibited items, or overdue dumpster fees.​​

• When will I get my dumpster?

  • Many times we can get your dumpster to you same day depending on availability.  However, putting yourself on our schedule will guarantee a time slot.

• Do I have to be home when the dumpster is delivered?

  • No you do not have to be home.  As long as the dumpster rental is paid in full, you have signed a rental agreement, and you have communicated where you want the dumpster, we can place the dumpster at the service address without you being there.​​

• When can I expect my dumpster?

  • On the scheduled delivery date, we will try to deliver your dumpster at your requested time.  However, we typically give a 4 hour window for delivery.

• What if I need my dumpster longer?

  • Our typical rental periods are either 3 or 5 days.  If you need your dumpster longer, depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your request to extend your rental for an additional fee.​

• When will you pick my dumpster up?​

  • We will pick your dumpster up at the end of your rental period.  If you're finished before the end of your rental period, just call us and one of our professional Trash Moovers will pick up the dumpster and get it out of your way.​

• What can I put in the dumpster?​

  • You can put just about any household junk and construction debris (except concrete, brick, stone, rock, sand and dirt) in the dumpster.  Mattresses and appliances with refrigerant cost extra.  We do allow yard waste but the entire load must be yard waste and it cannot be combined with any other debris or household junk.  All roofing/shingles need written approval from Trash Cow LLC.

• What is not allowed in the dumpster?​

  • No liquids or hazardous materials are allowed in the dumpster; including hazardous chemicals, poisons, flammable materials or liquids, corrosive materials, explosives, gas cylinders, compressed gasses, paint, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, and tires.  No concrete, brick, stone, rock, sand or dirt.  Roofing and shingles will only be accepted with prior written approval by Trash Cow LLC. If you have any question about a material that may not be accepted, please call us before loading the material.

• Can I fill the dumpster over the top edge?

  • No, please do not fill the dumpster over the top edge.  Loads over the top edge may result in extra fees.​
